- Yes. One photo per listing, up to three a day, no card and no call. We make the full set for $300 if you want it, and that is the only pitch you will get.
- What do you actually change?
- Light and finish only. The camera position, framing, architecture, furniture and signage stay exactly where they are. Think of it as the twilight shoot you did not book.
- Which photo should I send?
- The main exterior shot gives the most dramatic result. Interiors work too; pick a room with a window.
- How long does it take?
- Usually under an hour during the day. The result lands in your inbox with a private before-and-after page you can share with your seller.
- Can I use the result on the listing?
- For the free sample, we would rather you did not. The paid set comes with full usage rights for MLS, social and print, and a note that the photos are enhanced, which most MLS boards ask for.
