Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, who touches it, and how to get it removed. Written to be read, not skimmed.

01The short version
We collect what we need to deliver your order and reply to you, we use a small number of well-known processors to do it, and we don’t sell your data. Email us and we’ll show you or delete what we hold.
02What we collect
- Your name and email address — when you buy, fill in a form, or email us.
- Your listing URL and the photos, floor plans or brand assets you send us for production.
- Order details — what you bought, when, the amount, and the Stripe identifiers for the payment.
- Any message you write to us.
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We receive only the last four digits, the amount, and a confirmation that payment succeeded.
03How we use it
- To produce and deliver what you ordered, and to ask questions if something is missing.
- To send you order confirmations, delivery emails and, if you bought or enquired, occasional emails about BrandalityRE. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep basic order records for accounting and support.
04Who processes it for us
- Stripe — payments and receipts.
- Brevo — transactional email and our contact list.
- Neon — the database where order records live.
- Vercel — hosting for this website, plus privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies and without identifying you.
Each of these companies acts on our instructions and under its own privacy commitments. Photos you send us are stored in the file-sharing service you used (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) and in our working folders while we produce your order.
05Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention.
06Sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the processors above, or if the law requires it.
07How long we keep it
Order records: as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes (typically 7 years). Your source photos and working files: up to 90 days after delivery, then deleted, unless you ask for something else. Contact-list entries: until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
08Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@brandalityre.com from the address you used and we’ll act within 30 days. We may need to keep minimal order records for legal or accounting reasons even after a deletion request; we’ll tell you if so.
