02What you’re buying

You’re buying digital marketing deliverables for a property listing — enhanced images, promo video, ad creatives, social posts, copy and outreach templates, depending on the product you choose. Everything is produced from the photos and listing information you already have; we don’t visit the property or shoot new photography.

The exact contents of each product are listed on its product page at the time of purchase. Add-ons (spokesperson video, YouTube cut, booking website, language dub) are separate purchases with their own scope.

03Delivery timing

One-time products are delivered within 48 hours. The 48-hour clock starts when we have received both your listing URL and a usable link to your photos — not at the moment of payment. If your photos arrive on a Friday evening, the clock still runs; we work weekends.

If what you send is incomplete (broken link, too few photos, unreadable files) we’ll email you the same day and the clock pauses until we have what we need.

Deliverables are sent by email as download links.

04Agent Growth Plan (subscription)

The Agent Growth Plan is billed monthly and is month-to-month — you can cancel any time and you won’t be charged again after the current period. There is no minimum term.

Plan members get priority 24-hour turnaround per listing (from receipt of assets, as above) and can send us every listing they take on. “Every listing” means fair professional use by one agent or team; if volume becomes unusual we’ll talk to you about a custom arrangement rather than quietly throttle you.

Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn’t refund the current month. See the Refund Policy.

05Revisions

Each deliverable includes one round of reasonable revisions requested within 7 days of delivery — things like a caption tweak, a different photo in a slot, or a colour correction. New scope (a different property, additional formats, a re-shoot of the concept) is a new order.

06Your photos and content

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, floor plans, logos and listing details you send us, and that you’re allowed to have them edited and used in marketing. If a photographer, brokerage or seller holds those rights, it’s your job to have their permission. You keep ownership of what you send us and of the finished deliverables we make for you.

07AI-enhanced images and MLS rules

Some of our images are enhanced or generated with AI tools (sky replacement, virtual twilight, decluttering, staging, style transfer). They are made for marketing. Many MLS boards and real-estate regulators have rules about edited or virtually staged photos — for example requiring a disclosure, or forbidding changes to permanent features. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to your listing and your board. If you tell us your board’s constraints up front, we’ll work within them.

08Portfolio and samples

We may show anonymized samples of finished work (no agent name, no address, no seller information) on our site and in sales material. If you’d rather we didn’t use yours, email hello@brandalityre.com and we won’t.

09Payment and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout via Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at /refunds, which forms part of these terms.

10Limitation of liability

We’ll do careful, professional work, but we can’t promise a listing will sell, how fast, or for how much. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from an order is capped at the amount you paid us for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost commissions, lost deals, reputational harm).

Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Province/State — Kaleel to fill], and any dispute will be handled in the courts there. We’d much rather sort things out by email first.

12Changes and contact
